西宁南绕城高速公路SBS改性沥青试验研究

以西宁南绕城高速路面工程为依托,针对该地区独特的气候特点,主要研究SBS改性剂、增容剂、稳定剂对西宁南绕城高速公路SBS改性沥青技术性质的影响,提出适合西宁南绕城高速公路的SBS改性沥青路用性能指标控制标准。结果表明:适用于西宁南绕城高速公路的SBS改性沥青SBS改性剂掺量为4.5%,增容剂掺量为1.5%,稳定剂掺量为2.0‰;在此SBS改性沥青的前提下,对其低温性能进行验证,在-18℃及以上温度,SBS改性沥青符合美国SHRP低温性能指标。

Test Study on SBS Modified Asphalt for Xining South Ring Expressway

Depending on the pavement engineering on Xining South Ring Expressway,this paper,in relation to the unique climate characteristics in this region,studied the effect of SBS modifier,compatilizer and stabilizer on the performance of SBS modified asphalt thereon,as well as proposed the applicable index control standard for the pavement performance of this asphalt.The result shows that,for the SBS modified asphalt on Xining South Ring Expressway,the content of SBS modifier is 4.5%,the content of compatilizer 1.5% and the content of stabilizer 2.0% on this premise,through verification of the low temperature performance,SBS modified asphalt,at the temperature equal to and higher than-18 ℃,meets the US SHRP low temperature performance criterion.
