Application of Project Management in Railway Signal Working Drawing Design

With the development of project management in design enterprises, combining with the successful instances which have been provided in signal system reform of existing lines, the paper expatiates that through using the scientific methods such as Work Breakdow Structure （WBS）, Organization Breakdown Structure （OBS） and establishing project schedule and etc, the design task becomes more easy to organize, adjust, control and manage, thus largely enhances design quality and working efficiency.
