| 摘 要： | 对车辆的监控涉及到大量的数据信息，在分析研究基于WeBGIS的车辆监控信息系统的必要性和可能性的基础上，介绍了系统的设计原则、总体设计和数据库设计；与此同时，在介绍GeoMedia WeBMap技术、监控中心和车载终端的基础上，展望了系统的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Monitoring vehicle needs a lot of geographic and attribute information In this paper, the design principle, the whole design, and the database design based on the needs and possibility of the research and development of vehicle monitor information system are introduced based on WebGIS Meanwhile, the GeoMedia WebMap technology, monitored control center and vehicle carry terminal are explained, last, the prospect of the system is discussed |
