核仁组成区相关蛋白(AgNOR)在痣和恶性黑色素瘤诊断中的价值

本文比较了55例经组织学证实的皮肤色素痣(21例)和恶性黑色素瘤(34例)的AgNOR数目及其直径,结果显示色素痣AgNOR数目明显低于恶性黑色素瘤,皮肤恶性黑色素瘤高于粘膜恶性黑色素瘤,两组恶性黑色素瘤AgNOR最大直径均大于色素瘤。AgNOR最小直径比较,皮肤恶性黑色素瘤最小,粘膜恶性黑色素瘤次之,色素痣则较大。两组恶性黑色素瘤的AgNOR变化幅度均大于色素痣。提示AgNOR可作为痣和恶性黑色素瘤诊断和鉴别诊断的一种新的客观指标。

THE VALUE OF AGNOR IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF NAEVI AND MALIGNANT MELANOMA

The numbers and the diameters of AgNOR in 55cases of cutaneous pigment naevi (21 cases) and themalignant melanoma (34 cases) all proved byhistopathology were studied. The results showed thatthe numbers of AgNOR of naevi group were clearlylower than those of AgNOR of melanoma group andthe numbers of AgNOR of cutaneous melanoma washiger than those of AgNOR of melanoma in mucosaThe maximal diameters of AgNOR of both melanomagroups were lager than those of AgNOR naevi group.The minimal diameters were compared, the smallestwas the cutaneous melanoma, the smaller was themelanoma of mucusa, the largest was the neavi group.In comparing the range of numbers and diameters ofAgNOR of all groups, the naevi were the smallest,both melanoma groups had larger range. The resultssugest that AgNor has a value as a New objectiveadjuunct in the diagnosis an well as the differentialdiagnosis of naevei and malignant melanoma.
