电子机柜模态试验与分析

摘    要:以重新组装后的车载环境下的电子机柜样机为研究对象,力求在机柜结构方案设计阶段获知和改善其动态特性,以提高结构在动态环境中抵御振动和冲击的能力,文中将现代测试手段与模态分析技术相结合,介绍了电子机柜的试验模态分析方法,从工程应用出发,采用力锤激励进行了模态试验,并应用模态分析软件辨识其模态参数,与有限元模型参数进行了比较和误差分析,为进一步的理论分析及结构设计改进提供了指导.

Abstract:The paper focuses on the study of the prototype of electronic cabinet in reassembled vehicles with the aim of acquiring and improving its dynamic characteristics in the phase of scheme design as well as improving its structure against vibration and shock in dynamic environment. Based on the combination of modern testing and modal analysis technology, it introduces the modal analysis and test of the electronic cabinet. In view of engineering practice, it conducts lots of modal tests using the force-hammer. It also identifies the modal parameters using the modal analysis software and makes comparison with the modal parameters of its finite element model and error analysis is given as well. The results will help the further theory research and the modification of the structural design.
