摘    要:在大伙房水库输水工程中使用的掺和料主要包括微硅粉和粉煤灰两种。作为隧洞断面岩石支撑和衬砌的重要手段之一——喷射混凝土支护,对TBM隧洞掘进机掘进进度和安全影响极大。喷射混凝土的性能以及可操作性在一定程度上取决于掺和料的品种、性能及掺量等。经过大量的现场试验和现场应用,取得很好的效果。

Abstract:The mixed materials used in the Dahuofang reservior's water distribution project mainly are the following two kinds; the micro silica flour and the pulverized coal ash . As one of the main ways to support and strut the tunnel cross section rock, the support and protection in spraying the concrete has enormous influence on the tunneling progress and the safety of the TBM tunnel's tunneling machine construction. The characteristics of spraying the concrete as well as the operatibility may be controlled, in the certain degree, by the mixed materials' variety, characteristics quantity of mixed materials and so on. Through massive indoors experiments and the real application, Its usages has proven excellent results.
