| 摘 要： | 解决城市交通问题,加大城市道路设施建设,提高城市道路项目建设的效果和效益,必须加强道路项目前期的技术研究工作,使项目的选取更加科学、合理和客观。在分析研究城市道路建设项目选取的原则、方法和影响因素的基础上,尝试提出了选取的模型,并对模型指标进行了标定,使城市道路建设项目的选取科学合理,建设效果明显、高效。

| Abstract: | To solution urban traffic problem, enhance urban road facilities construction, and improve the efficiency of urban road construction projects, it is necessary to enhance the technique research in the prophase of project, making the choice more scientific, reasonable and objective. After analyzing the principles, methods and factors of project choice, the paper brings forward a choice model, and then demarcates the model's index, making the project selection scientific and reasonable. |
