车身钣金件定位基准优化研究及系统建立

摘    要:研究通过VS 2013对UG NX软件平台进行二次开发,实现了车身钣金件定位策略的优化分析和车身零部件的网格自动划分。研究中,利用UG中Nastran程序计算变形,能够通过对重力变形数值的探测和对比分析,获得优化的定位策略;建立的相似度智能推理方法,可实现零部件定位策略智能优化。该研究可用于车身钣金件定位策略开发和优化,可提高基准优化精度和效率,提升开发质量,节约开发成本。

Abstract:Through the secondary development of UG NX software platform by VS 2013,the optimization analysis of body parts positioning strategy and automatic mesh generation of body parts are realized.In the research,Nastran program in UG is used to calculate the deformation,and the optimized positioning strategy can be obtained through the detection and comparative analysis of gravity deformation values;the similarity intelligent reasoning method established can realize the intelligent optimization of parts positioning strategy.The research can be used to develop and optimize the positioning strategy of body sheet metal parts,improve the accuracy and efficiency of benchmark optimization,improve the development quality and save the development cost.
