摘 要: | 中低速磁浮车辆因其具有的悬浮特性,其机械制动形式与一般的城市轨道交通车辆不同。文章介绍2种国内中低速磁浮车辆用制动夹钳单元的结构和工作原理,并根据中低速磁浮车辆的特点及使用工况,对制动夹钳单元在运用过程中可能存在的风险及原因进行分析,从而提出制动夹钳单元的设计建议,为制动夹钳单元的设计与制造提供参考。

Abstract: | Due to suspension characteristics of medium and low speed maglev, its mechanical braking mode is different from that of general urban rail transit vehicles. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the two different brake clamp units for medium and low speed maglev vehicles in China. With the characteristics and working conditions of the medium and low speed maglev vehicles, it analyzes the potential risks and causes in the use of the brake clamp units, and puts forward the design suggestions, providing a reference for the design and manufacture of the brake clamp unit. |
