| 摘 要： | 随着高速铁路不断发展,列车轮轴材料的服役条件也越来越严苛,而轮轴高可靠性是列车运行安全的前提。文章简述铁路列车轮轴材料及制备工艺,详细介绍轮轴的失效形式、损伤机理、失效影响因素、寿命检测评估方法及防护措施,并提出今后的研究展望。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of highspeed railways,the service conditions of wheelset materials are more and more strict,and the high reliability of wheelset is the premise of train operation safety.This paper briefl y introduces the material and preparation technology of railway train wheelset,in detail the failure mode,damage mechanism,failure infl uencing factors,service life inspection and evaluation and assessment method and protection measures of wheelset.It puts forward the future research prospects. |
