地铁区间冷冻法联络通道融沉注浆施工技术探讨

摘    要:在富水砂层中,地铁隧道的联络通道施工一般采用冷冻法对开挖土体进行加固,但联络通道结构完成且土层停止冻结后,冻土会逐步融化,土体体积缩小,从而引起路面沉降,影响行车安全,采用融沉注浆方法可及时有效填充冻土融化后的空隙,将路面沉降控制在可控范围内。文章从注浆原则、注浆孔布置、注浆材料、施工工艺等方面对冷冻法联络通道融沉注浆施工技术进行系统阐述。

Abstract:In the water rich sand layer,the freezing method is generally used to reinforce the excavated soil mass in the construction of the connecting passage of the subway tunnel.However,when the structure of the connecting passage is completed and the soil layer stops freezing,the frozen soil gradually melts and the volume of the soil shrinks,which will cause the track settlement to affect the train running safety.The melting settlement grouting method fi lls the space after the melting of the frozen soil in time and effectively controls the track settlement within control.This paper systematically expounds the construction technology of thawing and sinking grouting in the connection channel of freezing method from the aspects of grouting principle,grouting hole arrangement,grouting materials and construction technology.
