摘    要:传热系数(K值)是影响车辆空调负荷及车内环境舒适性的重要因素之一,因此必须满足车辆车体的设计要求。首先阐述哈萨克斯坦地铁整车及各部位的K值特点与结构关联,然后通过计算机仿真软件对其K值进行模拟与分析,最后对车体整车的K值进行等效计算,得到整车的K值约为1.95 W/m^2·K,该值满足结构及材料的设计要求2 W/m^2·K,这可为降低空调负荷提供参考依据。

Calculation and analysis of heat transfer coeffi cient(K value)of metro vehicles and components
Abstract:The heat transfer coefficient(K-value)is one of the important factors that affect the air conditioning load and the passenger riding comfort of the interior environment of the vehicle,so it must meet the design requirements of the vehicle body.Firstly,this paper discusses that the K-value characteristics of Kazakhstan metro vehicle and its parts are related to the structure.Secondly,the K-value of the vehicles and components is simulated and analyzed by computer simulation software.In the fi nal conclusion,this paper describes the equivalent calculation of the K-value of the whole vehicle.The K-value of the whole vehicle is about 1.95 W/(m^2·K),which meets the design requirements of structure and material(2 W/(m^2·K)),providing a reference for reducing air conditioning load.
