应急场景条件下的城市轨道交通行车调度演练系统设计

摘    要:应急场景条件下的城市轨道交通行车调度演练系统可以较为真实地模拟各类设备故障或突发事件条件下的列车运行方案调整优化,是提高行车调度员应急技能的重要技术手段。在分析演练系统建设必要性和建设目标的基础上,对行车调度演练系统进行设计,从运行图管理、演练场景管理、ATS操作模拟、列车运行模拟和演练结果评估5个方面分析系统功能。以苏州市轨道交通4号线为例,对系统的实施与应用效果进行评价,结果表明系统的设计方案可以满足行车调度员对常见故障及大型综合性突发事件应急处置的演练需求,能有针对性地提升行车调度员的业务水平。

Abstract:Train scheduling drill exercise system of urban rail transit under the emergency scenario simulates the adjustment and optimization of train operation scheme under the condition of various equipment failures or emergencies,which is an important technical means to improve the emergency skills of train controllers.Based on the analysis of the necessity and goal of the construction of the drill system,this paper designs the train operation control drill system,and analyzes the system functions from five aspects:train working diagram management,drill scenarios management,ATS operation simulation,train operation simulation and drill result evaluation.Taking Suzhou rail transit line 4 as an example,it evaluates the implementation and application effects of the system.The results show that the design scheme of the system meets the drilling needs of traffi c controllers for common faults and large-scale comprehensive emergencies,and improves the business level of traffi c controllers.
