盾构隧道开挖过程中溶洞对围岩变形影响的数值模拟

摘    要:针对大连地铁5号线某岩溶强烈发育区段盾构隧道开挖,运用ABAQUS软件建立三维数值计算模型,分析盾构掘进过程中不同方位的溶洞对隧道围岩变形的影响规律,结果表明:溶洞的存在对隧道围岩变形影响显著,隧道围岩有向溶洞存在方位倾斜的趋势;隧道开挖完成后,塑性区隧道与上部、侧部溶洞围岩未贯穿,下部溶洞产生贯穿塑性区,为掘进过程中的最危险部位。

Abstract:In view of shield tunneling in a serious karst developed section of Dalian metro line 5, a threedimensional numerical calculation model is established by using ABAQUS software, and this paper analyzes the influence patterns of different directions of the karst caves on the tunnel surrounding rock deformation in the process of shield tunneling. The results show that the karst caves have significant influence on the tunnel surrounding rock deformation, and the tunnel surrounding rock has the trend of inclining to the karst caves. The most dangerous part in the tunneling process is when the tunnel is through, the tunnel in the plastic area is not through the surrounding rock of the upper and side karst caves, and the lower karst cave is through into the plastic area.
