城市轨道交通新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的思考

文章选取新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情时期部分城市轨道交通官网报道数据,通过将各地城市轨道交通运营公司官网首次报道疫情防控时间与各地省市启动重大突发公共卫生事件Ⅰ级响应时间进行对比,分析各地城市轨道交通运营公司疫情防控措施并给出建议,提出城市轨道交通运营公司在疫情期间应具有前瞻性,在疫情初期应先启动内部工作的疫情防控措施,后续视疫情具体发展情况再做相应调整和补充。

On COVID-19 prevention and control measures by urban rail transit operaters

This paper discusses some data concerning the epidemic novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)reported on the offi cial websites of some urban rail transit operators.These rail transit operators reported at the first time of epidemic prevention and control to the level I,comparing with the response of the major health emergencies in the CDCs of provinces and municipalities.It makes analysis of the epidemic prevention and control measures taken by various urban rail transit operators and puts forward some suggestions.These rail transit operators should be foreseen and have insight during the epidemic,start internal work initiatives at the early stage of the epidemic,and make corresponding adjustment and supplement based on the specific development of the epidemic.
