地铁车站空调输配系统附加冷负荷分析

摘    要:以夏热冬冷地区某地铁车站为例,通过对空调系统中风机和水泵运行能耗的分析,并结合风管、水管等管道传热特征,研究空调输配系统的附加冷负荷。最后得出,地铁车站空调输配系统中风机运行引起的附加冷负荷约占空调总冷负荷的10%,水泵运行引起的附加冷负荷约占2%,风管及水管因管道传热引起的附加冷负荷约占1%。此外,基于单位风量耗功率的要求提出空调系统风机运行温升的限值。

Abstract:Taking a subway station in hot summer and cold winter as an example,this paper studies the additional cooling load of the air conditioning transmission and distribution system by analyzing the energy consumption of fans and pumps in the air conditioning system,taking into consideration of the heat transfer characteristics of air conduits and water pipes.It is concluded that the additional cooling load caused by the operation of the fan in the air conditioning transmission and distribution system of the subway station accounts for about 10%of the total cooling load of the air conditioning,among which the additional cooling load caused by the operation of the water pump accounts for about 2%of the total cooling load of the air conditioning,and the additional cooling load caused by the heat transfer of the air conduit and water pipe accounts for about 1%of the total cooling load.In addition,based on the requirement of power consumption per unit air volume,it also proposes the limiting values of fan operating temperature rise in air conditioning system.
