沈阳地铁车辆制动系统空气制动隔离装置升级改造研究

摘    要:当车辆发生制动不缓解故障时,需要进行空气制动隔离操作,通过排空故障车踏面制动单元内的压缩空气实现制动缓解。沈阳地铁1号线车辆出现此类故障时,司机需要下车,通过截断位于车下辅助控制箱内的故障转向架截断塞门实现制动隔离,所需操作时间较长,可能造成车辆延误,影响运营服务质量。为缩短正线故障处置时间,应对既有车辆制动系统的空气制动隔离装置进行升级改造,增加车上空气制动隔离功能。为此,文章通过分析沈阳地铁1号线既有车辆制动系统气路原理以及现有转向架截断塞门的合理性,在保留现有转向架截断塞门的基础上,提出手动隔离、远程隔离和带紧急制动互锁功能的远程隔离3种升级改造方案,并对比其优缺点,最终得出结论,手动隔离方案是适用于沈阳地铁1号线既有车辆的最佳方案。

Abstract:When vehicle fails to release the brake,the air brake isolation operation is required,and the brake release is realized by emptying the compressed air reservoir in the brake assembly of the faulty vehicle tread.The vehicles of Shenyang metro line 1 have had such similar fault,while the driver must get off the vehicle,and realize the brake isolation by cutting off the fault bogie cut-out cock located in the auxiliary control box under the vehicle.The operation time is long,which may cause vehicle delay and affect the operation service quality.In order to shorten the main line fault handling time,the air braking isolation device of the existing vehicle braking system shall be upgraded to increase the air braking isolation function on the vehicle.In this paper,by analyzing the principle of the existing vehicle air path and the rationality of the existing bogie cut-off cock of Shenyang metro line 1,on the basis of retaining the existing bogie cutoff cock,the paper puts forward three upgrading schemes of manual isolation,remote isolation and remote isolation with emergency brake interlocking function,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.In conclusion,it puts forward that the manual isolation scheme is the best scheme for existing vehicles of Shenyang metro line 1.
