| Abstract: | At the beginning of 2010, International Maritime Organization （IMO） has completed the comprehensive review to STCW 78/95 which last 5 years. The final draft of the amendments to STCW 78/95 has been adopted by the Diplomatic Conference in Manila in June 2010. The paper introduces several major amendments to the Convention, which would affect the implementation of the industries as well as administration as whole. Based on the analysis, suggestions to implementation to the revised Convention in 2010 have been raised accordingly. |
