锌系超低温快速磷化液的研究

摘    要:本文在超低温条件下,通过对磷化液主盐、溶液的pH值、温度、氧化剂的添加量及种类等的研究,获得了超低温快速、耐蚀、附着力好,外形美观的磷化膜,用扫描电镜分析了镀层表面及其组成,并探讨了磷化机理。

Abstract:Studies the effects of the main salt of the phosphorization solution,PH value of the solution,temper- ature,additives and kinds of the oxygenant in superlow temperature.Gains the phosphorization layer of the rapid velocity,corrosion resistance,good adhesive and beautiful outside.Analyses the outside and component of the plating layer by scanning electron microscope.Discusses the mechanism of the phosphorization.
