| 摘 要： | 研究目的:研究运用ISO 9000标准进行工程设计过程的控制,从设计策划这个关键环节入手,解决贯彻ISO 9000标准流于形式的问题,总结提高工程设计策划可操作性的实践经验,为工程设计行业的质量管理者提供参考,以提高设计文件的质量,从而达到保证整个工程质量的目的.研究结论:针对设计系统面对的形势和存在的问题,分析了工程设计领域运用ISO 9000标准进行质量管理的实践,提出了如何将ISO 9000标准纳入设计策划,推广应用以及进行质量评定和网络化管理的具体方法.提出管理者要在可操作性上下功夫,站在使用者的角度思考问题,从实效出发,制定相关的管理措施,使ISO 9000标准要求落到实处,为提高企业的管理水平,提高工程设计质量,提高工程建设质量发挥重要作用.
