| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了长洲双线船闸运行3 a来的堵船滞航现象,对其主要原因进行了分析。同时提出了具体措施,包括航道整治及相关配套工程建设,扩建三线四线船闸,建立高效的协调机制,联合调度枢纽水库,协调发电、调水和压咸补淡调水等各方利益。

| Abstract: | The phenomena of traffic jam in changzhou double line ship lock during the 3-year operation were explained,and the main reason was analyzed in this paper.Then the practical measures,including waterway regulation and its supporting project construction,ship lock extension,joint operation of hydro-junction reservoirs,establishment of effective coordinating mechanism,as well as balancing the relationship of the interests among the power generation,water diversion and navigation,were put forward. |
