Binswanger病患者血液流变学观察

摘    要:观察52例Binswanger病(BD)患者的血液流变学指标,并与体检健康者(对照组)比较,结果:BD组的MCV、MCH、MCHC及高切交率全血粘度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05~0.01),红细胞变形指数显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。提示BD患者的红细胞发生了生理性衰老和程度不同的病理性变化,此种质的变化使红细胞内粘度增加,红细胞变形能力下降,刚性增强,导致大脑白质血流失去连续性,造成脑组织缺血、缺氧等一系列病理改变,揭示血液流变学异常可能参与了BD的发病机制。

Abstract:Some blood hemorrheology indexeswere measured in 52 patients with Binswanger disease and nomal controls. The results showed thatthe whole blood viscosity at high shear rate, MCV,MCH, MCHC increased significantly (P < 0. 05 -0.01 ) and erythrocyte deformability increased significantly (P < 0. 01 ) when compared with normalcontrol group. The data suggest that the agedchanges relate to the development of Binswangerdisease. These inherent changes increase erythrocyte viscosity and decrease erythrocyte deformability. Therefore, the bloodflow can't be consecutive inthe white matter of brain. It brings about the serialpathology changes of oxygen deficit and blood deficitin brain tissue. It is set forth that abnomal hemorrheology relate to pathogenesis of Binswanger disease.
