交通安全宣传教育传播途径与载体形式研究

在交通安全涉及的诸多因素中，人的因素最为关键。对交通参与者开展交通安全宣传教育，重点是研究拓展宣传教育渠道和途径，创新宣教载体形式。鉴于此，分析了不同群体传播途径与载体的特点，提出了适合交通安全宣教途径的载体形式。然后，根据车辆使用性质、驾驶人年龄、伤亡人员年龄及行业类型等因素的交通事故统计数据，筛选出13类事故比例较高、具有代表性的重点群体。最后，根据不同受众群体的教育需求和接受程度，确定其交通安全宣传教育途径与载体形式，建立了交通安全宣传教育途径与作品构成体系，为规划和设计交通安全科普教育系列作品提供依据。

Propaganda Approach and Carrier form for Road Traffic Safety Publicity and Education

Road traffic safety involves many factors, and the human factor is crucial. It is particularly im-portant for the traffic participants to expend the different approaches and creative carrier form of traffic safety publicity and education. The article analyzed the propaganda approaches and carrier characteristics of different groups, and put forward different carrier form suitable for traffic safety publicity and educa-tion. Then, according to traffic accident statistics, such as the nature of vehicle use, driving age, casualty age and type of industry, 13 factors from the representative group with higher accident rate were selected. Finally, based on the educational demands and acceptance level of different groups, road traffic safety ed-ucation propaganda approaches and carrier form were determined, and the production system of traffic safety publicity and education was set up, which could provide basis for planning and design of traffic safety popular science education.
