对山西省铁路2006-2015年规划的设想

山西省是我国最重要的能源重化工基地,被誉为“煤海之乡”。铁路对于山西晋煤外运有着举足轻重的关键作用。经过多年的建设,山西铁路网已初步形成,国铁干线从北到南为“一纵八横”格局,形成了北、中、南三大运输通道;地方铁路的支线建设,也已初具规模。面对国家经济建设对晋煤外运的迫切需求,山西铁路的设备能力现状仍处于被动应付的窘迫局面。面对国家经济建设的迫切需求,山西省政府、铁道部和太原铁路局对山西的铁路建设规划了宏伟的蓝图, 一个铁路建设的新高潮正在山西形成。本文通过对山西国铁干线运输通道和地方铁路发展现状的分析,介绍了山西省铁路建设情况和2006—2015年规划设想。
