一种高性能燃油添加剂的试验研究

摘    要:首先简述近年来燃油化学添加剂能得到人们注视,并已显示出广阔应用前景的原因,然后分析燃油添加剂的机理和实践,提出了本研究的设计思想,接着,详细介绍了一种高性能燃油化学添加剂的研究方法和过程。该添加剂经过柴油机台架试验、柴油汽车和实船运用试验,结果表明,该添加剂的主要技术指标均已赶上和超过国外同类产品,使用该添加剂可以改善和催化燃油的燃烧,提高燃烧效率,达到节油目的,还可以减少柴油机零部件上的积炭和对零部件的腐蚀,减少零部件的损耗。

Abstract:Firstly, the author sets out the reasons why fuel additive draws people's attention and shows its bright future in recent years. Then he makes an analysis on the mechanics and application of the additives and expresses the design priciple of the study. Finally, he gives a detail introduction to the development of a high performance fuel additive, results of testbed test, diesel automobile test and sea trial show that the major technical data of the additive have catched up with or even exceeded simialr products adroad. It can improve and catalyse fuel to improve combustion efficiency and save energy. Besides, it can reduce carbonization and corrosion of the engine parts so as to reduce wear and tear.
