摘    要:以江苏某船厂生产的36 m拖船为依托,依据生产计划驱动仿真模型,运用仿真软件Delmia/Quest及其二次开发技术实现了多船并行的生产流程虚拟仿真,通过对仿真结果进行分析,确定厂区生产瓶颈,并提出两种解决方案,选取设备利用率、生产线的平衡以及产出能力3个系统评价指标对厂区设备资源进行合理配置改进,最终确定最优配置方案,消除了生产流程中存在的瓶颈环节,实现了降低风险与成本、最大化生产效率的目的,不仅为船厂制造和管理提供了一个虚拟的、用于验证最佳的制造流程协同开发环境,也为仿真技术在船舶制造业中的应用提供了有效实例。

Abstract:Based on the 36 m tugboat of a shipyard in Jiangsu , a simulation model was derived according to the production plan , virtual simulation of many ships built together was done by using the Delmia /Quest and second development technology , the productive bottleneck was figured out , and two solutions were put forward .Choosing selection of equipment utilization , balance of the production line and capacity as the evaluation index , the re-source configuration was made rational , optimum scheme was determined , the bottleneck existing in the produc-tion process link was eliminated , production risk and cost was reduced , the product efficiency was maximized , providing not only a virtual collaborative development environment that was used to verify the best process for manufacturing and management , but also a valid instance for the application of simulation technology in the ship manufacture .
