LED 翅片散热器传热性能研究

摘    要:通过实验和数值模拟的方法,研究了不同功率下家用LED灯翅片散热器内的温度分布、表面传热系数等换热性能。结果表明:随散热器温度上升,翅片间空气速度增加,速度增大到一定值时,空气流态从层流向湍流过渡,使得基板的温度先升高,在湍流出现时散热性能增强,基板的温度随之下降,随后趋于定值;随功率的增加,平均表面传热系数略有增加,但影响不大。

Abstract:An experimental and numerical study on heat dispersion properties of a domestic LED of different pow -er was conducted .The research shows that , with the growth of temperature , the speed of the air increases .When it increases to a certain value , the transition of the air flow pattern from laminar to turbulent occurs and the tem-perature of the substrate increases .When turbulent occurs , the temperature decreases and then keeps a fixed value.With the growth of the power , the average surface heat transfer coefficient increases only slightly .
