减少数控机床伺服轴定位误差的方法

摘    要:通过对数控系统补偿功能有关数据的计算和设置,实现了对机床伺服轴定位误差进行补偿,使该项误差限制在机床允许误差范围内,提高了机床的加工精度。

Abstract:Mainly discussed German Simens the 840C numerical control systems control engine bed through to carry on the computation and theestablishment with the numerical control system compensatory.The realization carries on to the engine bed all se rvo axis position error compensates.Causes this error to limit in the engine bed allowance error scope.Enhances the engine bed the processing precision.
