摘    要:目前的客车空调控制装置采用传统的继电器一接触器有触点控制方式,设备复杂,故障率高.集中控制方式原始、功能单一,不能满足实际需要.结合现代微控制器和通讯技术,分析讨论了各种控制器、温度采集及通讯方式,设计了一种以89S8252单片机为核心的,采用电力载波通信方式的客车空调控制系统,具有结构简单、使用方便的特点.

Abstract:Current passenger car air condition controller system is designed based on relay switching circuit, resulting in contact and complex interlocking wiring problems. Some kinds of controller, temperature collection and communication methods are discussed and analysised, and a core system base on 89S8252 micro controller is designed. This system can resolve the problems existing in the current systems, and can be used to replace the current passenger car air condition controller. In addition, a PL2101 carrier communication module is also introduced for integrated control of whole vehicle.
