| 摘 要： | 本文对1986～1988年,来自西藏地区新入学的144名学生,入学进行肠道蠕虫调查,结果表明:绦虫感染率,藏族学生(15.7%)比汉族学生(2.4%)高,(P<0.05);蛔虫和鞭虫的感染率,汉族学生(33.3%和21.4%)比藏族学生(9.8%和7.8%)高,(P<0.01和0.05),另外,蛔虫和鞭虫在西藏地区的感染和分布,具有地区性差异。

| Abstract: | In order to find out about the intesti-nal helminth's infections in Tibetan region,the writer of this paper had made investi-ons on the intestinal helminths for 144 fre-shmen who came from Tibet to TibetanNationality College in Xianyang,Shaanxi.from 1986 to 1988,within their new first35 days The results indicated that the rateof the infection of Taenia in the Tibetannationality students(15.7%)were higherthan that in the Han nationality students(2.4%),(P<0.05);and the rate of theinfection of A·lumbricodes and T·trichiura,in the Han nationality students(33.3%and21.4%)were higher than that in the Tibe-tan nationality students(9.8% and 7.8%),(P<0.01<0.05).In addition,the infectionsand the distributions of A·lumbricodes andT·trichiura in Tibetan region differ withvarious areas(P<0.05).A tentative ana-lysis and discussion about the difference ispresented here. |
