提高整体道床浇筑速度的实践

本文以上海轨道交通九号线地下线整体道床施工为实例，介绍了提高整体道床混凝土浇筑速度所采取的相应技术工艺措施。通过对铺轨龙门吊的改造，实现了整体道床一次性浇筑，大大地提高了施工进度，节省了人力、物力、财力，从而保证了施工工期。

Practice about Improving the Overall Speed of Pouring the Road Bed

Taking an example of the whole road bed construction of line nine underground, the text introduced the related technology of improving the whole speed of road bed concrete pouring. By improving on laying crane, the one-off pouring on the whole bed is realized so as to increase the speed of construction and save manpower, material resources, financial strength, thus ensuring the construction period.
