基于交通环境承载力的公路网交通量预测

提出将交通环境承载力相关理论应用到公路网交通量预测中,提出基于交通环境承载力的公路网交通量预测模型。从环境系统污染物的输入输出模型出发,构建基于大气污染承载力的公路网交通量预测数学模型,实现基于大气环境的交通量控制目标,为交通规划部门制定可持续的交通发展规模提供科学决策依据。

Prediction of Traffic Volume of Highway Network Based on Traffic Environmental Carrying Capacity

To apply the relevant theory of the traffic environmental carrying capacity to the prediction of traffic volume of highway network and a forecast model of traffic volume of highway network based on the traffic environmental carrying capacity are proposed.Embarking on the input and output model of environmental system's pollutant, a mathematical model in predicting the traffic volume of highway network which is based on the atmospheric pollution carrying capacity is established,the control goal of traffic volume on the basis of the atmospheric environment is achieved,and the scientific policy-making foundation for the traffic planning department which formulates the sustainable traffic development scale is provided.
