摘    要:首先介绍了级联型高压变频器系统拓扑结构,然后针对提高转速控制精度和转矩响应快速性的应用需求,提出了基于直接转矩控制(DTC)的高压变频器系统。在简单介绍直接转矩控制原理的基础上,构建了基于载波移相的直接转矩控制(CPS—DTC)模块,并结合级联型高压变频器系统拓扑,搭建出基于DTC控制的高压变频器系统(HVI-DTC)仿真平台。并利用该平台推演HVI—DTC的转矩响应,对比了基于VFFF控制的高压变频器系统(HVI-VF)在突加减负载时的响应结果。仿真和实验结果验证了HVI-DTC系统的可行性。

Abstract:It introduces the topology of cascaded high-voltage inverter systems, and then proposes high voltage inverter system based on DTC control, due to application demand on precise speed control and fast torque response. After a brief introduction on the basis of the principle of DTC control, it constructes a CPS-DTC control module, set up a HVI-DTC simulation platform by combining with cascaded voltage inverter system topology. The torque response of HVI-DTC was deduced on this platform and then was compared with HVI-VF's on the basis of VFFF control when adding and diminishing load abruptly. Simulation and test results verified the feasibility of the HVI-DIC system.
