摘    要:针对完全自主知识产权的20 MVA冶金轧机主传动变频系统对电机控制的要求,设计了具有增量式编码器与绝对值编码器速度接口系统的硬件电路和软件结构,并着重分析了电路的原理、FPGA内部功能及软件流程。该设计大大提高了速度接口系统在传动控制应用中的兼容性、抗干扰性和采集数据的精度。

Abstract:Based on the control requirements of 20 MVA metallurgy rolling drive system on motors, it designed the hardware and the software structure of a speed interface system with incremental encoder and absolute encoder. The circuit principle, FPGA internal function and the software flow were mainly analyzed. This design greatly improves some performances of the speed interface system in the application of the drive control system, such as the compatibility, anti-interference and efficiency of data collection.
