| Abstract: | Development of light rail vehicles is presented in this paper from aspects of car-body, running gear, traction, braking equipment and electric system, involving the technologies of low floor and convertor, etc. The paper discusses the difference of characteristics and performance by comparing collocation and suspension of traction motor of power truck and puts forward the development trend of new light rail vehicles. |
