摘    要:通过R6160ZC柴油机主要技术参数及原机试验结果,建立了原机BOOST热力过程计算模型.以原机模型为基础,对柴油机增压系统及其各关联系统进行设计改进,根据仿真计算的结果,确定最佳方案.从而改善了柴油机的经济性、动力性以及排放性能.

Abstract:The calculation model of BOOST thermodynamic process for original diesel is built according to the main technical parameters and the experimental results of R6160ZC diesel. On the basis of the original model, the designs of the diesel turbocharged system and its relevant systems are improved. According to the result of simulation calculation, the best matching scheme of turbocharger is confirmed. Then the economy, power and exhaust performance of the diesel are better then the original.
