解理启裂源位置的力学条件与微观特征

摘    要:根据有限元计算和扫描电镜微观断口分析,本文研究了一种低合全高强度钢解理裂纹源位置的力学条件与微观特征。研究结果表明:(1)裂纹源位置是由力学条件与微观启裂特征共同决定的,裂纹源位置与主应力峰位置对应,而与晶粒尺寸无直接关系;(2)微裂纹形核处是晶界、相界或这些界面上的碳化物。

Abstract:The mechanical condition and microcharacteristics of the cleavagecrack origin of a HSLA steel are studied based on the finiteelement method(FEM)and microfractography by a scanningelectron microscope(SEM).The research results are as follows:(1)The crack origin location results from both the mechanicalcondition and microcracking characteristics;it coincides with thelocation of the mainstress peak and is regardless of the grainsize.(2)The microcrack nuclei are situated in grain boundary,Phase boundary or in carbides lying at the boundaries.
