基于转鼓循环工况的燃料电池轿车故障分析

摘    要:针对汽车城市道路行驶特点,设计了一次循环工况下转鼓耐久试验,以研究燃料电池汽车在城市道路下的故障特点。定义了燃料电池故障等级,借助可靠性理论分析方法分析了燃料电池汽车故障特点。该试验方法为新能源汽车关键部件的可靠性和耐久性试验提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract:Considering the driving characteristics on urban roads,an enduring driving-cycle mUing drum test is designed to find the failure characteristics of FCV on urban roads. This paper defines the failure ranks of fuel cell, analyses the failure characteristics of FCV with the help of the reliability analysis theory. The proposed method provides a valuable approach to reliability and durability test for the key components of new energy vehicles.
