Study on Setting up the General Contractor Enterprises

Facing the fierce market competition, the general contractor is the key for China＇ s construction enterprises to seek survival and development in the 21st century. It will be an important development direction for construction industry in China in the future. Through the analysis and comparison of general contracting model, the traditional contracting model and the agent construction model, the thesis points out the current major problems for China＇ s total project contracting and discuss the general contracting problems to be resolved.
