共享中心背景下的财务管理

近年来,中铁建系统引入财务共享中心服务平台,为企业财务管理信息化奠定基础,走在同行业的前列,但是由于对应的公司财务部门未进行适当的改革,导致财务共享中心未能充分发挥其共享、信息化的优势,反而在一定程度上增加了财务人员负担,财务管理面临着改革。本文就共享中心背景下的公司财务管理提出改革措施,改革公司财务部门机构设置和人员结构,促进人员分层管理,提高人员素质,从而使公司财务管理适应信息化,发挥信息化优势,继而适应技术发展、环境变化。

Financial Management Under the Background of Sharing Center

In recent years,CRCC system introduced the service platform of financial sharing center to lay the foundation for enterprise financial management informatization,and walked in the forefront of the same industry.However,due to the lack of appropriate reform of the corresponding financial department of the company,the financial sharing center failed to give full play to its advantages of sharing and informatization,which increased the burden of financial personnel to a certain extent instead.Financial management is facing reform.This paper puts forward reform measures for the financial management of the company under the background of the sharing center.By reforming the organizational structure and personnel structure of the financial department of the company,we can promote the hierarchical management of personnel and improve the quality of personnel,so that the financial management of the company can adapt to the informatization and give full play to the advantages of informatization,and then adapt to the development of technology and environmental changes.
