基于纵向压力的2B_0重载机车动力学特性

摘    要:为了解决2B0重载机车牵引试验中出现的3次扩轨掉道事故,分析了纵向压力作用下机车车钩倾斜与稳定原理,推导了车钩自由角的计算原理.根据车钩的试验数据,建立了车钩动力学模型.计算结果表明:大纵向冲动下车钩严重偏转是导致事故发生的主要原因;为了保证车辆安全运行,大摆角车钩必须具有对中复位功能;车钩自动复位能力、钩缓装置的特性对于机车车辆轮对侧磨有显著影响.

Abstract:To avoid the derailment accidents of 2B0 heavy haul locomotive in traction experiment,the principles of incline and stability for coupler under longitudinal stress were analyzed.The calculation principle of free angle for coupler was deduced.A dynamics model of coupler was set up according to the experimental data of coupler.Computation result shows that coupler's deflection under large longitudinal force is the main reason of the accidents.Coupler must have reset function to assure locomotive running secur...
