十字接头的位错量对疲劳寿命和结构强度的影响

摘    要:本文就船舶结构中的十字接头在施工时产生的位错量对疲劳寿命和结构强度的影响作了模拟实验研究。通过船用B级钢15mm,21.5mm,25mm和903钢10mm的十字接头,按不同位错量进行系列试验和分析比较,得出将位错量控制在△≤t1/4(t1为最小板厚),最大4mm的范围内完全可以满足力学性能的要求。

The effect of the position deviation of the discontinuous plate on the fatigue life and structural strength of the cross joint
Abstract:In ship construction, the position deviation of the discontinuous plate of the cross joint sometimes may be occurred. In the paper,the effect of the position deviation on the fatigue life and structural strength of the cross joint is studied through a series of simulation experiment. For experiment the cross joints are madc of 15mm, 21. 5mm, 25mm B class ship steel plates and 10mm 903 steel plate,and with various position deviations. The comparison and analysis of the experiments show that the cross joint can be met the require ment of mechanical characteristics, provided the position deviation is controlled in a range not greater than one fourth of the minimum plate thickness, and its maximum value not greater than 4mm
