船舶推进轴系扭振激光测试技术

摘    要:本文介绍船舶推进轴系扭振的激光测试原理与方法,并将实测数据与轴系扭振电测法测试数据及理论计算数据进行对比分析,得到满意的结果。轴系扭振激光测试不仅测试数据可靠,而且测试简单、安装方便,无需任何附件,适用于各类轴系的扭振测试工作。对于利用其它方法无法测试的轴系显示了不可比拟的优越性。

Laser measuring technique for ship propulsion shafting torsional vibration
Abstract:The principle and method for the torsional vibration measuring of ship propulsion shafting by laser are introduced in this paper.The practiaclly measured data by Laser are compared with those by electrical measuring device and those form theoretical calculation and analyzed.The result shows that the ineasured deta by Laser is satisfactory and reliable.The Laser measuring method is very sim ple. Its device is also easy to mount and does not need any aided ports.It may be effectively applied to various kinds of shafting.espe cially in the case to measure the shafting torsional vibration at an unreachable place.
