高地应力下大断面软岩隧道支护技术

摘    要:锦屏#1、#2引水洞西端工程地应力达40~50 MPa,施工前期发生了严重的大变形。本文重点介绍洞径14.6 m的马蹄形隧道采取台阶法大断面开挖过程中,在常规锚网拱喷的基础上,增设长砂浆锚杆、预应力锚杆、锚索、锚筋桩、灌浆加固,并用多种手段对工程进行监测,取得了良好的工程效果。

On Supporting Technology for Soft Rock Tunnel with Large Cross-section under High Geostress

Abstract:The Jinping Diversion Tunnel #1 and #2, as a result of 40-50 MPa geostress in the western engineering, seriously deformed in early stage of the construction. In this paper, the measures that were carried out during the bench excavation of horseshoe-shaped tunnel of 14.6m in diameter, and added on the basis of general support of bolting net and shotcrete, including long mortar bolt, prestressed bolt, anchor cable, anchor bar pile, grouting reinforcement, were introduced; moreover, monitoring by various ways was conducted in relation to the engineering. The practice has proved that good effect is obtained.
