城市轨道交通社会效益的模糊综合评价

摘    要:城市轨道交通属于公共产品,从已经投入运营的轨道交通来看,由于其初期投资成本大、投资回收期长,不论国际还是国内能够真正盈利的线路不多。但是轨道交通将极大地促进所在城市和地区的经济发展,所产生的宏观社会效益远远超过其建设者或运营者本身的微观经济效益。介绍了轨道交通社会效益的模糊综合评价方法,并以成都地铁为实例对其社会效益进行了模糊综合评价,以期为进一步的城市轨道交通项目投资决策提供参考。

Abstract:Urban rail traffic belongs to the common product,judging from urban rail traffic lines which already have put into operation,because of their large initial cost and long pay-off period,we can find that there are very few lines which can get profit both home and abroad.But urban rail traffic can tremendously promote the local city's economic growth,Its macroscopic social benefit far exceeds its microcosmic economic effect.The ar- ticle has introduced a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the social benefits of urban rail traffic using the example of Chengdu subway,to expect that can provide a reference to the urban rail traffic investment decision in future.
