摘    要:介绍一种两相逆变器的驱动与互锁保护电路,应用该电路可消除逆变桥路中同一相桥臂的直接短路现象。驱动电路的作用是将8031CPU输出的调频控制信号放大到足以驱动功率晶体管,在变频调速控制系统中,驱动电路的性能在某种程度上直接影响系统功能。保护电路对于VVVF系统的可靠性、延长装置的寿命及避免功率管损坏都起到决定性作用。

Abstract:A driving and mutual locking protection circuit inversion of two phase is discussed. It can eliminate the short-circuit phenomenon in the same bridge arm of inversion. The driving circuit is used to enlarge the frequency modulation signal from 8031 CPU to drive the power transistor. Driving circuits in some kind of degree directly influence the system function in the frequency conversion and velocity modulation control system. The protection circuit is playing the decisive role in the reliability of VVVF system, lengthening the life of the installment and avoiding the power tube broken.
