| 摘 要： | 后盐互通立交桥是大连市区的重要交通枢纽,介绍了该桥主线桥预应力混凝土箱梁张拉与压浆的施工控制措施,包括预应力张拉控制程序、实际张拉伸长值计算与控制、压浆及封锚施工控制程序、施工质量检验评定及施工安全注意事项等。提出关键工序的施工要点及注意事项。通过研究建立该类桥梁有关的技术档案,为今后建设同类桥梁中完善设计、优化结构积累资料,为其他相似工程提供实际施工依据,为改进工艺积累实际施工经验。

| Abstract: | Houyan Bridge is the important transit hub at DaLian,the paper mainly studies construction control for tension and grouting of pre-stressed concrete continuous box beam of Houyan Bridge,including pre-stressed control for tension,its extension quantity calculation and control,construction control for grouting,quality test assessment and attention to ensure construction safety and so on.The paper raises the key points of construction and points for attention.It optimizes the structure and provides the actual material for improving the design of the similar bridges.It also improves the construction technique according to setting up the concerned technology files. |
