知识经济背景下知识型员工的激励

摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,企业间的各种竞争日益加剧,竞争的焦点集中在技术的竞争上,技术的竞争实际上是人才的竞争,特别是知识型员工的竞争。在分析知识型员工特点的基础上,阐述了知识经济背景下知识型员工激励的意义,并提出了知识型员工激励的措施,包括建立良好的企业文化、加强员工培训、作好组织建设工作及进行精神激励等。

Abstract:With knowledge-base economy times arrival,enterprises compete with each other fiercely,The focal point of competition is concentrated on the technology competition,The technology competition is the talented person competition in fact.In the basis analyzing the knowledge type employee characteristic,The paper sets forth the significance that the knowledge type employee stimulates under knowledge economic setting,and brings forward the measures that stimulates the knowledge type employee and,such as building fine corporate culture,reinforcing employee training,doing the organization job,carrying out a spirit stimulating and so on.
