自动变速器齿轮系统传动比计算与分析

摘    要:自动变速器齿轮系统结构复杂,形式多样,它和控制阀体、液力变矩器被列为自动变速器的三大主要部件与认知难点。为了搞清它的结构和动力传递,结合典型结构简图,分析自动变速器3种类型齿轮系统的结构特点和动力路线,提出相应齿轮系统的传动比计算方法。

Abstract:Automatic transmission gear system is complex and various, it is considered one of the three major components and recognition problems of AT, with hydraulic valve and torque converter. In order to clarify its structure and power transmission route, the paper analyzes the structure feature and power routes of three typical electric control transmission gear systems via simple structure figures, and gives the relevant calculation methods of transmission ratio.
