| 摘 要： | 我国已成为国外反倾销的最大受害国,这直接影响到我国出口企业的利益。在明确反倾销界定的基础上,对我国出口产品遭遇反倾销进行系统分析,进而提出我国企业如何更好地应对出口产品反倾销的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Recently China has become the biggest victimized country resulting from overseas anti-dumping. This directly affects the benefit of our exportation industries.Based on the analysis of the definition of anti-dumping,discussion is made for our industries on the policies and countermeasures against the overseas anti-dumping. |
